Nick J. Mulé, PhD, Project Director of the 2SLGBTQ+ Poverty in Canada study, is a professor in the School of Social Work, and cross-appointed to the School of Gender, Sexuality and Women’s Studies and the Faculty of Health at York University. His research interests include the social inclusion/exclusion of 2SLGBTQI populations in social policy and service provision and the degree of their recognition as distinct communities in cultural, systemic, and structural contexts. He also engages in critical analysis of the 2SLGBTQI movement and is theorizing queer liberation.

Section 11(h) provides that any person charged with an offence has the right, “if finally acquitted of the offence, not to be tried for it again and, if finally found guilty and punished for the offence, not to be tried or punished for it again.”
Lorne Sossin’s, He/his, reasoning for ignoring Section 11 (h), is the trial judge, Justice Robert Goldstein, did not consider Mule’s “expert” evidence, which you can read for yourself on the link I provided above. The truth is much of Mule’s taxpayer funded “analysis” is sophistical nonsense and for the most part his “analysis” completely misses what my actual thought processes and motives were as I put the flyer together. Furthermore, Mule’s accusation that my flyer was innacurate when it came to STI’s prevelant in the homosexual subculture and defamatory towards Liberal politicians was wrong. Mule’s accusation that I was wrong about STI’s plaguing the homosexual subculture and that my words were merely hateful tropes causing “microagressions” was actually substantiated as wrong after the cross examination of the Crown Prosecutor’s other expert witness Dr. Mona Loufky. Dr. Loufky, unlike Nick Mule’ is an actual expert on infectious diseases in her own right and is a true expert on infectious diseases that plague the homosexual subculture. Sadly, Dr. Loufky perjured herself in much of her testimony and she played the gay pride advocate and thought her job was to help the prosecution, rather than just give unbiased expert evidence based on her expertise and what she knows to be true when it comes to diseases that are prevelant amongst homosexuals. Still, under Mr. Rosen’s cross examination, Dr. Loufky was forced to admit much of my flyer was right or at least plausible, which nullifies Mule’s claim my flyer is false. This should raise a serious question, how exactly is excluding queer liberationist Nick Mule’s “expert” analysis of my flyer such a serious error in law that Section 11 (h) should be ignored and a new trial be ordered?
Anyways, please keep these matters in your prayers and I would especially ask that you remember to pray for me this coming Monday morning, February 5th. My hearing will be at 9:00 am Toronto Time, which is 7:00 am Calgary time, which is 6:00 am Vancouver time. Nothing substantial is taking place. Probably, we will just set another date for 6 weeks from now as we wait to hear from the Supreme Court of Canada to see if they will take this case and hopefully rule that Section 11 (h) should matter and not be overturned simply because a trial judge decides a queer liberationist academic’s screed is not sufficiently relevant to be admitted as “expert” evidence.

Good point! Actually, they promote hate against Christians in their taxpayer funded parade, one group in 2016, “Nuns of Perpetual Indulgence” marched with silhouettes of our Lord on their crotch, another group in the 1990’s I remember, “Anti Racist Action” had signs that read “f— the Christian Right.”
