My hearing is over and according to my lawyer John Rosen, I can expect a decision in 6 months or so. I enjoyed the two lawyers who were intervenors for ARPA and the Freedom to Care Society. Too bad their time was so short, but in the little time they had, they made good arguments in favour of protecting religious liberty, not conflating religious speech with hate speech and protecting truly vulnerable groups such a ex-gays who choose to live their lives according to Christ’s commands of chastity and heterosexual fidelity.
My lawyer did a good job of countering the Crown’s attempt to relitigate the first trial from a different angle, namely my flyer’s attacks on the Prime Minister’s and former Liberal politician’s pro-homosexual activism and their involvement in lowering the age of consent in Canada to 14 and my alleged attempt to conflate homosexuality with pedophilia by mentioning former federal Liberal Minister Graham’s “relationship” with a 15 year old male prosititute and for Ontario Premier Wynne’s Deputy Minister Ben Levin’s conviction for child pornography. Mr. Rosen pointed out that the Crown chose not to bring these aspects of my flyer up in the first trial.
The Crown also argued that excluding homosexual activist academic Nick Mule’s “expert evidence” was an error on the Judge’s part, and prevented him from ruling correctly on my first trial. Mr. Rosen argued the homosexual activist’s evidence is still unnecessary as Justice Goldstein understands the gay situation in Canada well enough, and indeed, though he reluctantly aquitted me, he was in his ruling highly dfferential to the sodomites.
Here is some insight into Justice Jill Copeland.
Of note, all of her listed pro-bono work is for leftist causes. I note she was pro-bono counsel for PEN when they took up the cause for Little Sister’s Bookstore in Vancouver, Canada’s most well known homosexual/lesbian book store. I remember CBSA seized many of the store’s books back in the 1990’s because they were pornographic in nature. Justice Copeland clearly believed as their counsel these books were “free speech” and Canadians had a Charter right to read and look at them, even if they were offensive to many. Clearly Justice Copeland will not be a fan of my flyer’s text, but will her love for “literary freedom” guide her judicial decision making in regards to my flyer?

In the Shaquane Stewart case cited in the Toronto Sun headline above, one can see Justice Copeland is loathe to impose prison sentences, even for violent criminals, at least if they are black
Shaquane was being chased by police after being caught in a police sting trying to shut down a cocaine deal. During the police pursuit Shaquane threw a loaded Glock .40 cal handgun with a prohibited high capacity magazine into a primary schoolyard. Shaquane was caught and the gun was recovered the following day by a school janitor.
During sentencing Justice Copeland dismissed the Crown’s request for a four year prison sentence and opined that Shaquane merited a non-custodial sentence because he was a “victim of systemic racism,” and she assured the public, “I am satisfied in all the circumstances that a conditional sentence would not endanger the community.”
Six weeks later Shaquane was arrested again after stealing a car, with another loaded Glock handgun on his person. A search of his residence also recovered another hangun and 122 grams of cociane. Around that time the federal government (Trudeau’s Liberals) promoted Copeland from the Ontario Superior Court to the Ontario Court of Appeals.
Justice Alison Harvison Young was appointed by the Federal Liberals to the Ontario Court of Appeal in 2018. From my point of view being a Trudeau government appointee is always a bad thing, as Trudeau himself has made it no secret that being a member of the Liberal Party of Canada is always a bonus when it comes to getting a judicial appointment and being pro-abortion and pro-homosexual are absolute requirements. Now having said that, Alison’s curriculum vitae isn’t too controversial. Unlike Copeland, Justice Harvison Young as a Superior Court Judge worried more about public safety than Canada’s alleged systemic racism and sent a visible minority gun criminal to prison for 11 years after he shot and wounded someone in a Vietnamese restaurant. And in a nasty family court case Harvison Young financially sanctioned a mother who was chronically denying a father access to his children. While neither ruling is controversial in a sane society, in Canada such fair mindedness and sanity is rare amongst Trudeau judicial appointees, and this gives me some hope that I might get a fair hearing from this judge.
Justice Lorne Sossin he/him was appointed to the Ontario Court of Appeal in 2018 by the Trudeau government. From my point of view he/him seems quite dreadful, and based on my little bit of research, I will be surprised if this judge finds my flyer to be free speech.
Unfortunately, the biological male Lorne Sossin he/him assumes you don’t actually know if he/him is male or female or something else, so he/him likes to help you out. On his Twitter page Lorne Sossin he/him gives you his pronouns “he/him.” So far in my walk on earth, I have found every he/ him, She/her, they, she/him, him/they, and whatever other variation of everything other than normal, is not a friend of freedom of speech for those of us who reject neo- Marxist Gender Ideology.
Mr. Sossin’s he/him’s writings confirm my concerns somewhat. I read through two of his papers. One was on “Data and Diversity in the Canadian Justice Community.” This paper is a long read and to get a sense of what this he/him judge thinks, I read it. To summarize, he/him thinks there needs to be more black, indiginous, gender confused, and sodomite judges on the bench and in the legal profession. To get there, there should be mandatory reporting to the law society and he/him doesn’t seem averse to mandatory quotas to get that “diversity” on the bench and in private law practices. In essense Mr. Sossin he/him is a Liberal Party appointed judicial activist who buys into gender theory. But there is more.
When one looks into Lorne Sossin’s he/him’s background they can find what he/his interests and passions are. For one thing in 2010 he/him joined the sodomite activist “Reverend” Brent Hawkes, and homosexual activist lawyer Douglas Elliott at a University of Toronto Symposium titled, “Combating Hatred in the Twenty-first Century: Legal Remedies.” https://www.law.utoronto.ca/scholarship-publications/conferences/archives/combating-hatred-2010
“Rev.” Brent was a vocal advocate of having me charged with hate crimes back in the 1990’s and early 2000’s. “Rev.” Brent was also charged with sexual assault on a boy. I remember after the trial the Nova Scotia Superior Court judge Alan Tufts opined Hawkes “did something,” but there were “inconsistencies” in the boy’s testimonies and there was not enough evidence to convict. If memory serves me correctly, two boys accused Hawkes of committing sex acts on an underage boy. For female to heterosexual male accusations, two females making allegations and testifying in court generally leads to a conviction.

I preached in front of “Rev,” Brent Hawke’s church in the 1990s and was invited in by an attendee of his congregation. When I went in I saw a leather display in the basement for BDSM and a box of condoms in the foyer leading to the sanctuary.
Don’t read too much into the allegation against Hawkes or the questionable police and judicial dismissals of similar allegations against Bill Graham, former Liberal Foreign Affairs Minister, or Nils Clauson, former University of Regina academic, or you will be guilty of spreading false and malicious “tropes” of the sort homosexual actavist academic Nick Mule’ is an “expert” on, and that could get you convicted of a so-called “hate crime.”
The other homosexual speaker Douglas Elliott at the U of T symposium is a Liberal Party member and the lawyer who initially launched the $104 million class action lawsuit against me for the same Gospel flyers I am being prosecuted for now. In fact when I was extradited to Ontario on a Canada wide warrant back in 2018, Douglas was present at my first bail hearing.
Also of great interest is the conference and this short opinion piece by Lorne he/him that would appear to lump anti-semitism and disagreement with sodomy into the same “hate” camp.
When the two interveners spoke in my hearing, the Freedom to Care Society’s lawyer spoke of the need to protect the rights of former homosexuals who wish to practice chastity. I noted Justice Sossin’s he/him’s line of questioning came from the erroneous viewpoint that a homosexual’s human identity and sexual practices are inseperable.
Can a judge who is committed to the concept of using judicial and societal instruments to suppress so-called “hate speech,” and who believes an LGBTQ identity is as immutable to a human being as a Jewish identity be able to rule fairly on my case?
Anyways, on to other important news. I just learned my friend Robert Hoogland has been suspended without pay by Canada Post.
Some of you may know of Robert Hoogland. Mr. Hoogland was sent to jail in British Columbia by a family court judge for refusing to call his biological daughter a boy. Mr. Hoogland was also suspended by Canada Post without pay for refusing to be “vaccinated” with an experimental Covid-19 vaccine. Many of us now know people in our own circles who have vaccine injuries and who got sick with Covid-19 after getting the jab. I also note that work places across Canada that refused to impose vaccine requirements did just fine.
Canada Post took Rob back last year and he was not that far from enjoying a full defined benefit pension, with which he would be able to retire with a measure of earthly security. Over the past year I encouraged Rob to keep his yap shut and just get to his retirement. It was a little personal to me, as I dynamited my defined benefit pension when I picketed Regina Planned Parenthood and blew the whistle on babies being murdered after they accidentally survived late term abortions at the Regina General Hospital. When I got charged with professional misconduct, by the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses, I responded with more truth telling and picketing my own discipline tribunal. I never regretted what I did, but as I get older I realize I have a different life and retirement than I would have had, had I shut my mouth and kept working as a nurse and kept my pension.
I’ve also bemoaned the lack of courage and unwillingness of Canadians to put their welfare on the line and speak out against the injustices of homofascism and transgendering children, as well as killing children in the womb.
Nevertheless, I was also convinced God did a miracle for Rob and got him his job at Canada Post back, so maybe God wanted Rob to just be grateful for his restoration to a good job, with a good pension, and work until his retirement, then speak out when it was financially safer for him to do so?

Rob posted this in response: “I did not know we supported men butt humping other men and the idea boys can be girls and the fetish of pedophiles. Wow!”
Canada Post’s Ottawa head office saw Rob’s post and very quickly dispatched two HR hacks to the postal facility where Rob worked to escort him off the property and immediately suspended him without pay, pending an investigation with a view to terminating him. It is worth noting that in the 20+ years that Rob worked for Canada Post, he has never been disciplined. It is also worth noting that in all of Canada Post’s existance, Rob is only the third employee to ever be immediately suspended without pay.
More than 3 Canada Post employees have been caught red handed stealing mail over the years, so we can safely assume the criminal offense of mail theft isn’t considered serious enough to warrant an immediate suspension without pay.
Rob didn’t ask me to do this fund raiser for him, but after some prayer and knowing that he is not well off, (a year without pay due to Covid tyranny, and costly legal battles with his ex-wife and the BC government over his daughter being manipulated to undergo surgery and take hormones to become a mutilated fake boy. These things along with Vancouver’s high rents and high cost of living overall means that Rob is only a few paycheques away from homelessness.
I know Rob personally and can attest to his character. I know he is a faithful Latin mass Catholic, he doesn’t drink, he doesn’t smoke. The money raised for him by the below fundraiser will be a temporary help for food and maybe one more rent payment, so he can find himself a new job.
